An electric heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat exchange effect by moving the supply air and the exhaust air opposite to each other and to achieve mass production of electric heat exchanger by using corrugated fiberboard with a specific pattern. An electric heat exchanger comprises a supply air guide corrugated fiberboard(310) in which a supply air guide valley(311) forming supply air passage is consecutively formed, and an exhaust air guide corrugated fiberboard(320) in which an exhaust air guide valley(321) forming exhaust air passage is consecutively formed. The supply air guide valley includes a supply air guide portion(313), a supply air outlet portion(314) which is curved and extended from one end of the supply air guide portion, and an supply air inflow portion(312) which is curved and extended from the other end of the supply air guide portion. The exhaust air guide valley includes an exhaust air guide portion(323), an exhaust air outlet portion(324) which is curved and extended from one end of the exhaust air guide portion, and an exhaust air outflow portion(322) which is curved and extended from the other end of the exhaust air guide portion.
