PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart device that enables a display content of each of operation keys to be intuitively recognized by difference in a display form in a configuration in which the display content of each of the operation keys is changed in order in accordance with each operation of the operation keys for editing an electronic medical chart .SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart device displays a plurality of operation keys to be used for editing an electronic medical chart, changes display content of each of the operation keys in accordance with each operation of the operation keys in predetermined display order and changes a display form such as background color or character color of each of the operation keys in accordance with the changed display content of each of the operation keys (S11 to S12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
