PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to a terminal in partially removing a sealing film from a substrate of a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a substrate 100; a light-emitting unit 140 formed on the substrate 100 and having an organic layer; a first terminal 112 formed on the substrate 100 and electrically connected with the light-emitting unit 140; a porous conductive layer 190 located in a surface layer of the first terminal 112; and a sealing film 200 which covers the light-emitting unit 140, but does not cover at least part of the first terminal 112 (e.g. the whole thereof). In the light-emitting device, a material of which the fluidity is increased by heating is included in the conductive layer 190.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
