A webbing slip prevention means (30) is provided with a slip prevention member (35), a cover member (31), and a pair of guide members (42). The slip prevention member (35) has a protrusion portion (36) at the front end, the protrusion portion (36) protruding toward a webbing (W) in an emergency situation. The cover member (31) stores the slip prevention member (35) in an ordinary situation. The guide members (42) are pressed in by the webbing (W) and cause the protrusion portion (36) to protrude from the cover member (31) in an emergency situation. Therefore, the present invention provides a seat belt tongue and a seat belt device with which it is possible to pull out a webbing without resistance in an ordinary situation, and to effectively suppress the pull-out of the webbing and to reliably secure the passengers in an emergency situation. |
