Disclosed in the present invention is a cell selection method. The method comprises: storing, by a user equipment on a cluster private network, a first PCI list comprising PCIs of all cells on the cluster private network and issued by a base station on the cluster private network; searching, by the user equipment, cells and acquiring, by the user equipment, a PCI of a strongest cell; if the PCI of the strongest cell is found on a first PCI list, determining the strongest cell as a residable cell, and continuing to read system information of the strongest cell to complete the cell selection; otherwise, determining the strongest cell as a non-residable cell, and terminating the cell selection. Furthermore, also disclosed in the present invention are an automatic neighbor relation (ANR) configuration method, user equipment, base station and computer storage medium. |
