PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing confectionery which has projections on its surface and a producing method.SOLUTION: A device for producing confectionery (1) includes a core rod around which a dough is attached (2), a delivery mechanism (10) with a plurality of through holes (14) through which the dough is delivered, a rotation mechanism (3) which rotates the core rod (2) and a burner (8) which bakes the dough. The delivery mechanism (10) having a long and thin shape with the plurality of through holes (14) arrayed has an oscillation mechanism (16). The dough is delivered through the plurality of though holes (14) while the delivery mechanism (10) oscillates, which causes the dough to irregularly attach to the surface of the confectionery. Projections are formed on the surface of the confectionery by rotating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
