Disclosed are a touch display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The touch display panel comprises an array substrate and a fold-to-align substrate, the array substrate and the fold-to-align substrate being folded to align. The fold-to-align substrate comprises a black matrix disposed on a first base, the black matrix protrudes out of the first base, an orthographic projection of one side, away from the first base, of the black matrix on the first base covers an orthographic projection of one side, close to the first base, of the black matrix on the first base, and a plurality of touch electrode groups formed by using the black matrix as a mask plate is further disposed on the first base. The present invention can effectively decrease the quantity of mask plates and the process steps, can reduce the production cost, can also reduce the thickness of a touch display panel, and can facilitate manufacturing of light and thin products. |
