摘要 The proposed method for calibrating a flow rate meter for liquid or gas is distinctive by increased accuracy in determining the coefficients ?ij(j = 0, m) of the calibration characteristic Vi = ?i(?ij, Ni) of the flow rate meter by using the samples Ni of the output signal of the i-th component of the flow velocity transducer that is used in the calibration device. The calibration device contains a multicomponent flow velocity transducer with an acceleration transducer. The method consists in arranging the transducers in the liquid or gas flow and moving the transducers reciprocally without changing the positions of the sensitivity axes of the transducers, measuring the values Ni(t) of the output signals of the flow velocity transducer and the values g(t) of the output signal of the acceleration transducer, fixing the transducers, measuring the values Ni0 of the flow velocity transducer in the fixed state, and determining the coefficients ?ij of the calibration characteristic by the values Ni(t), g(t), and Ni0 using the least-squares method and the regression equation: ?g(t) = ?i(1)[?ij, Ni(t)] where ?i(1)[?ij, Ni(t)] is the first derivative with time for the function ?i[?ij, Ni(t)]. The coefficient ?i0 is determined by the equation ?i0 = -?i(?ij, Ni,0).
