A device for transmitting non-identifying personal information, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a communication unit connected to external terminals through a network so as to perform communication; a control unit for generating an ID for the non-identification of the device and setting a transmission period and a list collection period or disclosure period; a list generation unit receiving a disclosure ID list of the external terminals so as to generate a storage ID list, a collection period ID list, a disclosure ID list and a transmission ID list; and a memory for storing the storage ID list, the collection period ID list, the disclosure ID list and the transmission ID list generated by the list generation unit. |
