PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing apparatus configured to inexpensively confirm an operation of an operator which has been performed when a power switch is off, and a card issuing system.SOLUTION: A card issuing apparatus 1 for issuing a card on the basis of card issuance data includes: an issuing operation unit 40 which performs issuing operation for a card 5; a power switch 60 which receives on/off switching operation for supplying power to the issuing operation unit 40; a detection unit 30 which is supplied with power regardless of the operation of the power switch 60, to detect the change of state of a card stock unit 41 or the like; a sensor memory unit 21 which stores the change of state of the card stock unit 41 or the like; and a control unit 10 which is supplied with power regardless of the operation of the power switch 60, to cause the sensor memory unit 21 to store detection information received from the detection unit 30 when power is not supplied to the issuing operation unit 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
