PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet capable of increasing dirt transportation distance with a smaller amount of washing water while restricting a dirt from being moved by swirling flow before discharging the dirt.SOLUTION: A flush toilet 5 washes a bowl surface 2 of a bowl 1 by using a swirling flow, and discharges washing water from a drain port 4 which is formed in a bottom part 3 of the bowl 1. One side in a lateral direction of a part of bottom part of the bowl surface 2 above the drain port 4 is arranged to be higher than the other side to form a high bottom part 16. In the high bottom part 16, the side face adjacent to the upper opening of the drain port 4 is formed in a sharply uprising side face, and an inner face 25 of the drain port 4 is continuously extended upwardly to form a wall surface 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
