PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll grooved die grinder which can grind a roll axial direction end surface of a grooved die .SOLUTION: A transmission member 15, which transmits a pressing force of a pressing mechanism 24 to a grinding member 22, is disposed between a holding member 21 for grinding a roll axial direction end surface 9 of a grooved die 8, and the pressing mechanism 24 which generates a pressing force in a roll axial direction and presses the grinding member 22 against the roll axial direction end surface 9 of the grooved die 8. This transmission member 15 is longer in a roll radial direction so as to be inserted in the grooved die 8 of a grooved die pressure roll 2, and connects an extension part 19, to a roll radial direction tip of which the holding member 21 is attached, and an input part 18, which receives a pressing force in a roll radial direction of the pressing mechanism 24, by a connection part 20 in a crank shape. A presser member 23, which prevents rotation of the transmission member 15 in a roll circumferential direction, is disposed in a roll circumferentia direction of the connection part 20. Further, the pressing mechanism is configured from a hydraulic cylinder 16 and a coil spring 17, and the coil spring 17 is brought into elastic contact with the input part 18. |
