PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an inner shape of an object to be measured with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The inner shape measuring device is provided with: a swing unit 3; a support base 21 fixed to the swing unit; a first liner guide installed with a rail 22 on the support base orthogonal to a rotary shaft of the swing unit; a second linear guide installed with a block on the support base orthogonal to the rotary shaft; a block of the first linear guide; and a rail 23a of the second linear guide, and includes: a table 24 induced by a rail of the first linear guide and a block of the second linear guide installed on the support base and slidable in a direction orthogonal to the rotary shaft; a displacement gauge disposed in front of the table and measuring an inner shape by contacting the inner shape of the object to be measured; a linear scale including a scale 26a installed on a rear surface of the table and having a scale of the prescribed intervals, and detection means 26b fixed to the support base and detecting a movement distance of the table according to a scale of the scale; and a calculation part for obtaining the inner shape by utilizing a measurement result of the displacement gauge and a detection result of the detection means. |
