PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve some important problems found at present in utilization of natural energy under promotion of power generating project or the like by applying wind turbines, frequent occurrence of accidents of breakage of blades due to their large size at the wind turbine in general and their heavy weights and additionally rotation of large-sized blades generates low frequency sound to cause health damage to neighborhood inhabitants.SOLUTION: A size of the blade is set to a value smaller than that of the conventional blade and the number of blades is increased to resolve the prescribed problems.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
