PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity conditioning building material superior in an outward appearance of a surface, maintenability, and humidity conditioning performance. SOLUTION: This humidity conditioning building material is constituted by adhering a moisture permeable decorative sheet 4 to a humidity conditioning base material 1 having humidity conditioning performance by an adhesive 3a blended with a humidity conditioning material 2. The humidity conditioning building material of such a constitution allows the humidity conditioning material 2 to exist in an adhesive layer 3 between the humidity conditioning base material 1 and the moisture permeable decorative sheet 4, and does not impair the humidity conditioning performance of the humidity conditioning base material 1 by allowing moisture to pass through the humidity conditioning material 2 blended into the moisture permeable decorative sheet 4 and the adhesive layer 3.
