A food product of sunflower seed or seed of melon crops, in which the seed of sunflower or other melon crops is subjected to heat treatment, is supplemented with food and flavour additives in a ratio of seed: vegetable oil: food and flavour additives, correspondingly, (200-300):(1-3):(0.1-3). The seed of gymnospermous pumpkin, dehulled seed of sunflower, common pumpkin, marrow, zucchini are used as the seed. Sunflower-seed, cottonseed, olive, corn, soybean, rapeseed oils are used as the vegetable oil. Salt and/or sugar, and/or caraway, and/or coriander and so on are used as the food and flavour additives.
