<p>A tire exhibiting excellent brake performance and maneuverability (WET performance) on wet road surface and exhibiting excellent performance on ice (surface brake, driving performance) bringing about a sufficient edge effect or spike effect. Micro drainage grooves exhibiting a water film removing performance are formed infallibly in the tire by improving the workability in factory. An expanded rubber layer on the surface of the tire substantially coming into contact with the road surface contains 5-20 parts by mass of at least one inorganic compound powder having a grain size of 10 µm or above based on 100 parts by mass of rubber component.</p> |
