A bearing for a wheel with a sensor in which a load detection sensor can be compactly installed on a vehicle and a load on a wheel can be detected with a good sensitivity, and which can be mass-produced at a low cost. Double-row rolling elements (3) are interposed between an outer member (1) and an inner member (2). A sensor unit (21) is fitted to either the outer member (1) or the inner member (2), which constitutes a fixed side member. For example, the fixed side member is the outer member (1). The sensor unit (21) comprises a sensor mounting member (22) and at least one strain sensor (23) mounted on the sensor-mounting member (22). The sensor-mounting member (22) comprises two contact fixed parts (22a, 22b) in contact with the outer member (1). The first contact fixed part (22a) of the contact fixed parts is brought into contact with the flange surface (1a) formed on the outer member (1), and the second contact fixed part (22b) is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the outer member (1).
