The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human zinc-finger KRAB KRAZ2-12 protein, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as various tumour, disorders of the nervous system, development disorders, malignant hemopathy, hereditary diseases, endocrinopathy and disease linked with the immune system. The invention also discloses the agonistes against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide encoding the human zinc-finger KRAB KRAZ2-12 protein. |
