A system for managing a manufacture and exchanging information created by a user connecting with a computer and portable apparatus and a method thereof are provided to perform an editing/manufacturing of contents by remote-control of a personal computer through the mobile communication terminal. A system for managing a manufacture and exchanging information created by a user connecting with a computer and portable apparatus comprises the followings: a mobile communication terminal(10) controlling an editing/manufacturing of contents by remote-control according to an arbitrary key input of a user; a personal computer(12); a contents information server(14); a contents information database(16); a computer terminal(18), a information providing server(20), and a user information database(22).
