<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device allowing securing of safety of the steering lock device against a secondary collision and improvement of visual impression around a steering column by closing an opening part of a steering column cover provided to insert an operation knob of a tilt lever. <P>SOLUTION: This steering lock device is provided with a cover member for covering a bottom surface part of a lock mechanism disposing part formed with a lock bolt insertion hole of at least a housing, and a buffer member having elasticity between the cover member and the housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
