POWER CONVERTING APPARATUS OF PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS GENERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A power converting device of a permanent magnet synchronous generator is provided to calculate candidate reactive power of an inverter by using a reference interconnection voltage and a measured voltage. CONSTITUTION: In the device, a converter(102) is connected to a permanent magnet synchronous generator(101). An inverter(104) interlinks the converter and a system interconnection point(106). A capacitor(103) connects the converter and the inverter in parallel with each other. An output unit(109) produces a candidate reactive power by using the both terminal voltage of the capacitor. A power control unit controls the electricity of the inverter and the converter by using the candidate reactive power. The power control unit controls the reactive power of the converter by a unit power factor mode.
