<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smart starting system capable of performing key checking at high accuracy even under generation of noise accompanying driving, in a vehicle provided with an actuator driven with a relatively high load. <P>SOLUTION: In the smart starting system 1, even in the stopping state of an engine, based on predetermined operation to an opening/closing switch 201 in a cabin, a drive detection circuit 204 for detecting whether or not a plurality of actuators 202 for driving electric opening/closing type metal top parts 11, 12 are during operation is provided.
