The present invention relates to a method for promoting hair growth. According to the present invention, the method for promoting hair growth comprises the steps of: obtaining 100 parts by weight of a stem cell culture fluid, from a culture medium goring through a step of separately adding bFGF or EGF as a growth factor in a serum-free medium which does not include bovine-derived serum, and culturing human adipocyte-derived mesenchymal stem cells cultured for two successive generations; preparing a mixed solution by mixing 0.001-0.1 parts by weight of zinc, 5-50 parts by weight of D-panthenol, and 0.0001-0.1 parts by weight of D-biotin, in 100-300 parts by weight of water; and promoting hair growth by a method for spraying or applying the mixture on the scalp, after mixing the mixed solution in the stem cell culture fluid. |
