PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for cultivation of Auricularia polytricha.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for cultivation of Auricularia auricula-judae, including culturing Auricularia bacteria in a bed culture medium comprising fermented bagasse and brown sugar Shochu lees, and generating and growing fruit bodies, and a bed culture medium for use in the method, where the bed culture medium comprises brown sugar Shochu lees in the amount of 2.5-15% of the culture medium weight on a dry basis, and fermented bagasse in the amount of 80-95% of the culture medium weight on a dry basis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
