The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polylactic acid resin sheet which has excellent heat resistance, antistatic properties, transparency and blocking resistance and is particularly suitable for uses in molded articles that are subjected to printing. A polylactic acid resin sheet which is characterized by having a multilayer configuration that includes a layer A that is formed of a composition (A) containing a polylactic acid and a layer B that is formed of a composition (B) containing an acrylic resin, an ionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant. This polylactic acid resin sheet is also characterized in that: at least one outermost layer of the sheet is composed of the layer B; the content of the acrylic resin is from 50% by mass to 99.5% by mass (inclusive) in 100% by mass of the whole composition (B); and the mass ratio of the ionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant satisfies 2 ‰¤ ionic surfactant/nonionic surfactant ‰¤ 25.
