When a voltage of the detection node is at a predetermined level, the transmission circuit transmits the output voltage signal to the first node. The determination circuit is electrically connected to the first node. The determination circuit determines whether a voltage value of the output voltage signal is greater than a threshold. When the determination circuit determines that the voltage value of the output voltage signal is greater than the threshold, the charge device generates a charge voltage signal according to the output voltage signal. | ||
