PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging circuit device that achieves a layout suitable for a slender chip while reducing adverse influences such as noise of a control circuit.SOLUTION: An imaging circuit device 20 includes: a pixel part 30; a readout circuit part 40 for converting charges in a pixel part into a voltage to read out; a control circuit part 50 for controlling to output a pixel signal based on an output voltage from the readout circuit part; a first capacitor 80 for stabilizing the power supply of the pixel part and the readout circuit part; and a second capacitor 81 for stabilizing the power supply of the control circuit part. The pixel part and the readout circuit part are disposed in a first area AR1 along a first side 20A that is one longer side of a rectangular chip 20. The first capacitor, the control circuit part and the second capacitor are disposed in a second area AR2 along a second side 20B that is the other longer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
