PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging circuit device that achieves a layout suitable for a slender chip by efficiently disposing a pixel part, a readout circuit part, and a control circuit part.SOLUTION: An imaging circuit device 20 includes: a pixel part 30 where light-receiving elements PD are disposed in a plurality of pixels; a readout circuit part 40 for reading out a charge from the pixel part; and a control circuit part 50 for controlling to output a pixel signal based on the readout charge. The control circuit part includes: a correlative double sampling circuit 60B for performing a correlative double sampling process on an output of the readout circuit part; and an output circuit 60A for outputting a pixel signal. When an area along a first side 20A that is a longer side of the rectangular imaging circuit device is referred to as a first area AR1 as well as an area along a second side 20B of the imaging circuit device is referred to as a second area AR2, the pixel part and the readout circuit part are disposed in the first area, while the correlative double sampling circuit and the output circuit are disposed in the second area along a first direction D1 parallel to the second side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
