PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device, a data processing program, and a data processing method for detecting the change of state quickly.SOLUTION: A monitor system 140 includes a consumption power monitor device 100, a display device 110, and a power control device 120. The consumption power monitor device 100 includes: a consumption power determination unit 103 that determines whether the data of the consumption power associated with the current time are out of a predetermined range in the data distribution including the data of the consumption power associated with the current time and the consumption power data on another date associated with the same time as the current time; and a determination result notification unit 104 that notifies that the consumption power determination unit 103 has determined that the data are out of the predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
