PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and efficiently move currency between a teller machine 100 and a cash management device 200 or in the teller machine 100 installed in a branch of a financial institute.SOLUTION: When currency is moved between the teller machine 100 and the management device 200 or in the teller machine 100, which requires manual work, a device of movement source acquires an amount of currency taken out of this movement source, specifies an amount of currency for storage in a device of movement destination on the basis of the acquired amount of currency, gives a currency storage request including the specified amount of currency for storage in the movement destination to the device of the movement destination. The device of the movement destination specifies the amount of currency stored and check whether this amount coincides with the amount of currency for storage included in the currency storage request, and issues an alert notification if storing of currency has not been finished in terms of the amount of currency for storage in the movement destination included in the currency storage request even though a prescribed time has passed after receiving the currency storage request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
