PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that has suppressed the occurrence of seizing ghost occurring when a single image is continuously output and the occurrence of optical fatigue occurring when an electrophotographic photoreceptor is exposed to light.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming apparatus comprising: an electrophotographic photoreceptor that includes a photosensitive layer including a charge transport material of formula (CT1), a charge transport material having a specific structure, a biphenyl copolymerization type polycarbonate resin, and at least one of a hindered phenolic antioxidant and a benzophenone ultraviolet absorber; and charging means of a contact type or a proximity type that applies a voltage in which an AC voltage is superimposed on a DC voltage to charge the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
