FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for hydroformylation olefins C6-C9 into alcohols C7-C10, which are used as plasticizers of polymers, detergents, a high-octane additive to motor gasolines, for production of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids. Method involves contacting of crude olefins in the initial fraction of synthetic liquid hydrocarbons of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis with the total content of olefins of 40-60 wt% incorporating up to 30 wt% of branched isomers and more than 20 wt% of isomers with internal double bond, synthesis gas waste after Fischer-Tropsch process with the molar ratio of hydrogen to carbon monoxide within 1.4-1.7 and a catalyst system consisting of a cobalt compound in the concentration of 0.15-0.40 wt% and an organophosphorus ligand, which is triphenylphosphine in the molar ratio to cobalt within the range of 1-1.2, hydroformylation reaction at the temperature of 170-190 °C, pressure of the synthesis gas of 5-10 MPa bringing the share of alcohols in oxoproducts to not less than 95 wt%. After that the reaction mixture is cooled to room temperature under pressure of the synthesis gas, the reaction products are distilled in the vacuum of 5-10 Torr at up to 130 °C, alcohols from the distillate are separated by fractionation, herewith the catalyst containing still residue is immediately mixed with the initial fraction of synthetic liquid hydrocarbons of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis preliminary degassed by the synthesis gas, and then recycled.EFFECT: proposed method allows to increase the fraction of alcohols in oxoproducts and preserve the catalyst activity during its recycling.1 cl, 1 tbl, 11 ex |
