PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a charging device which has a function to charge a plurality of storage batteries using power supplied from an external power source.SOLUTION: An insulated DC/DC converter (16) whose primary side and secondary side are insulated from each other is required for charging from a power system of an electric vehicle.
