PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive terminal which can prevent the damage of a mat seal when inserted in a housing of a waterproof connector, and is hard to generate the deterioration of electric contact reliability.SOLUTION: A conductive terminal 100 is equipped with a square cylindrical sheath portion 10 provided on a front side in an inserting direction X to a housing; and a first engaging portion 11 and a second engaging portion 12 protrusively formed before and behind of the sheath portion 10. The first engaging portion 11 has a plane portion 11c, an inclined portion 11a, a top portion 11d, and an abutting portion 11b successively provided from a front side to a rear side, and the second engaging portion 12 has a locking portion 12f, a plane portion 12c, an inclined portion 12a, a top portion 12d, and an abutting portion 12b successively provided from the back side to the front side. Connecting portions 11e and 12e are provided, which connect the plane portions 11c and 12c, the inclined portions 11a and 12a, and the side wall 10c of the sheath portion 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
