PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous operation.SOLUTION: A first terminal of an inductor 21 in an information collection circuit 21 is connected to a power supply terminal Vcc of a control circuit 22 through a diode D21 and a switch SW1. A control terminal of the switch SW1 is connected to the ground GND through a resistor R21, and is in on-state when an information collection device 20 is not operated. The power supply terminal Vcc of the control circuit 22 is connected to a positive terminal of a battery BA through a switch SW2. Electromotive force generated across the inductor L21 by a start-up device 10 is converted into DC power by the diode D21, the control circuit 22 is started based on DC power supplied through the switch SW1 in on-state, and turns on the switch SW2 with a control signal S2.
