PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover points of deteriorated insulation in a rotary electric machine, such as an induction motor for providing sufficient insulation through a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A frame 10 is split into a first frame 1 and a second frame 4 in proximity of an axial end face 11a of a stator core 11, and the axial end faces of the first frame 1 and the second frame 4 are detachably coupled with each other via fastening screws 7.
