PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a walkie-talkie which can continue the charge action of not reducing or stopping a charge current, while keeping the temperature within a casing at a certain value or under in any condition. SOLUTION: In this walkie-talkie, the first casing 110 is provided with the first charge controller 114 which controls the supply of a charge current to be applied from an external power source to a battery 130, and the second casing 120 is provided with the second charge controller 121 which controls the supply of a charge current to be applied to the battery 130, and either the first casing 110 or the second casing 120 is provided with the first temperature information detector 112, and a controller 113 increases or decreases each charge current from the first charge controller 114 and the second charge controller 121 to the battery 130, according as the temperature detected with the first temperature information detector 112 is higher or lower than a set value, thereby controlling it so that the sum total of each charge current may be the same.
