PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord reel which separately adjusts the lengths of an earphone or headphone side cord and a terminal side cord in order to solve problems wherein a conventional product with a cord reel incorporated in a headphone cannot house a cord without taking the trouble to detach a terminal and an object with a cord reel provided in an earphone/microphone for a cellular phone can not be used in a fixed manner since the cord reel moves around when adjusting the length of the cord. SOLUTION: A reel of the cord reel is vertically divided into two parts, the length of the cord at the side of an earphone (4) or the headphone is adjusted by a reel 1(1), and the length of the cord at the side of a terminal (5) is adjusted by a reel 2(2), thereby separately adjusting the lengths of the two codes and furthermore, using the cord reels while fixing them in various places.
