PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and effectively perform a content production, and to easily manage confidentiality. SOLUTION: Content plan data are created (S1) by selecting a template which is set a scene structure having a plurality of scenes constituting content, and by setting the content of the scene by using existing material data or new created data in relation to the scene included in the selected template. In an imaging device, imaging/recording is performed (S2) by selecting the scene while confirming content of the content plan data on a screen. Recorded imaging video signals are to be managed under management information of the content plan data so as to be assigned to the scene constitution of the content plan data. This leads the content plan data to be a finished product (S4) at the time point when a necessary scene is to be imaged.
