PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient communication between mobile objects which cannot directly communicate because of such a communication obstruction to shield a signal in mobile communication. SOLUTION: Mobile communication equipment 10 is provided with a radio transmitter-receiver 11, an image processor 14 for detecting whether a communication barrier exists around a mobile object, an ECU (electronic control unit) 15 for determining the quality of a communication state of the mobile object on the basis of a detection result of the image processor 14, and radio equipment ECU 16 for controlling hopping of information received by the radio transmitter-receiver 11 on the basis of a determination result of the ECU 15.
