PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal thin film having uniform electric conductivity, which is made by baking metal particle paste, wherein the metal particle paste is baked at a relatively low temperature of 250°C or lower for a time of less than one hour. SOLUTION: Nitro compound containing metal particle paste is made by adding a nitro compound to the metal particle paste which is made by dispersing metal particles independently in a medium. The nitro compound containing metal particle paste is developed on a substrate to fabricate a thin film, and the metal thin film is made by baking the thin film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
