PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration absorbing device for easily damping high frequency vibration of fine amplitude while sufficiently reducing abnormal noises. SOLUTION: A partition body 12 for partitioning a liquid sealing chamber 8 is formed by an elastic partition film 15 and a pair of displacement restricting members 17, 18, and the displacement restricting members have first openings 54A, 84A at the centers and a plurality of second openings 54B, 84B therearound. The elastic partition film 15 consists of a central thick portion 50 located in the first opening, a thin portion 51 therearound, a fixed portion 52 on the outer periphery side, and a plurality of first and second ribs 53A, 53B. The first and second ribs are provided at the inner peripheral edge of the thin portion 51 extending radially from the thick portion 50. Thin portion areas 120 peripherally partitioned with the ribs face the first opening 54A so that liquid moving from the first opening flows through a flow path 126 to the side of the second opening 54B.
