An electronic device is provided with a substrate (1) having a path (6) for connecting one main plane with a recessed section (3) on the other main plane through a side plane, a first electronic component (2) mounted on the one main plane, and a second electronic component (4) mounted on the recessed section (3) on the other main plane. At least a part of the first electronic component (2) and at least a part of the second electronic component (4) are integrally covered with a resin material (5) through the path (6).
