A cooling water anti-corrosive agent for an automobile is provided to extend the life of an engine, to facilitate the lubrication of a cooling system, to prevent foreign matters and scale from being adhered, and to show non-toxicity and non-harmlessness. A cooling water anti-corrosive agent for an automobile has a SiO2 content of 15-25%, and is prepared by mixing 45-67.95 parts by weight of silica powders or silica sands(SiO2: purity 99.9% or more), 25-40 parts by weight of anhydrous sodium carbonate(Na2CO3), 2-5 parts by weight of anhydrous phosphoric acid(P2O5), 3-5 parts by weight of potassium pyrophosphate(K4P2O7), 1-3 parts by weight of sodium tripolyphosphate(Na5P3O10), 0.5-1 parts by weight of potassium carbonate(K2CO3), 0.05-0.01 parts by weight of magnesium oxide(MgO) and 0.35-0.9 parts by weight of calcium carbonate(CaCO3) homogeneously, melting the mixture at 1,400-1,500 deg.C to prepare a crystallized solid of glass state, and dissolving the crystallized solid with vapors of 5-6 atmospheric pressure in an autoclave to prepare a liquid.
