<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a large number of heat-generation members are put in a fixing roller, thereby making it difficult to thin the fixing roller and to lower its thermal capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In this heating device, heat-generation means 6 generates heat by electric powers supplied from a main electric source device 4 and an auxiliary electric source device 5.
