A system for providing specialized picture contents to which face image/voice data which a user designates are reflected are provided to replace a face and voice of a specialized source character appearing in a partial image data clip with an FID(Face Image which a User designates) and VDU(Voice Data which a User designates), thereby distributing and selling picture contents to which personal desires are reflected. An SPC provision management server(201) is connected to a user client(11) through a guide page placed on an online network. The SPC provision management server totally controls processes of producing and providing SPC(Specialized Picture Contents) to corresponding FIU and VDU are reflected according to transmitted FIU and VDU from a user client. An SPC production request acceptance unit(210) accepts the FIU and VDU transmitted from the user client by a guide page. An SPC production unit(100) produces the SPC by matching a face and voice of a specific source character appearing on a partial image data clip belonging to source image contents with the FIU and VDU. |
