A selective call connecting apparatus of a non-interruption independent drive type PSTN telephone which is switched from a PSTN telephone set and guaranteeing the call continuity of the call in interruption of electric power or the network failure and VOIP set and a method thereof are provided to use the telephone stably in circuit duplication. A button input part(20) is located in the upper surface of a main body. A number button, a function button and a speaker phone are comprised. An LCD monitor(30) is located in the top one side of the button input part. A call connection state, a call ID, a date, and a time are indicated. The face of the other side is indicated. A transceiver(40) is located in the top one side of the main body. A connection terminal is located in the front side of the main body. The PSTN module is located inside the main body. The PSTN POTS is provided through the PSTN connection port of the connection terminal. A VoIP module is independently located in the bottom of the PSTN module. The VoIP POTS is provided through the WAN connection port of the connection terminal. |
