APPARATUS FOR FRYING FOODS

A fryer is provided to prevent a safety accident and improve the space efficiency by shortening distance between the cooking material and a user. A fryer comprises: an oil tank(10) whose upper part can be opened having a space part in inside the upward; housing(20) covering the outside of the oil tank; a cooking table(30) extended to the front top of the oil tank with inclining towards the front part; a holder(32) formed in the tip-end part of cooking table; and a cooking material holder(40) which can be hold on the holder.
