PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like optical waveguide having excellent bending resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The film-like optical waveguide 24 includes: a lower clad layer 12; a core part 20 formed on the upper face of the lower clad layer 12 and having a specific width; an upper clad layer 22 formed to be laminated on the lower clad layer 12 and the core part 20. At least one of the core part 20, the lower clad layer 12 and the upper clad layer 22 is formed of a photocurable resin composition including, based on 100 parts by mass of the total solid content of the photocurable resin composition, (A) 30-80 parts by mass of a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, (B) 10-69 parts by mass of an unsaturated group-containing monomer, and (C) 0.1-10 parts by mass of a photopolymerization initiator.
